with people who are engaging in unwanted activity on premises.

circumstances, up to and including calling police.

Procedure Checklist (doc)
This is a sample checklist for operational staff who will be implementing the
procedures under the Trespass Act. It is intended as a document that can form
part of an incident record or be copied to police if they have to attend. Supplementary
documents listing the Trespass and Safe Streets Brochure are available on this
website or your own list of shelters and free food locations as referenced in the checklist.
